In 1994 owner James Nolen ventured out from being a locksmith for more than 20 years, adding on HoJoe PowerSports and Equipment. With a newfound passion for small engines he returned to school in order to learn all he could and achieve his certifications to perform repairs on all brands of engines and mowers. Our mechanics are certified by Briggs, Kohler, Kawasaki, and Honda engines. As well as certified warranty center for brands such as Snapper, Ferris, Walker and Hustler. But that doesn't exclude us from working on any other brands out there because we work on it all! That expedition has now snow balled into being one of Cleveland County's premier small engine repair shops capable of rebuilding engines and transmissions with outstanding execution.  We have expanded every year since and now boast 2 full time mechanics, a parts, sales, and service manager with a full time secretary.
